Webshop cancellations and refunds

Prior to arriving at the definitions of our policy, we would like to state the following:

All our ceramic work is handmade and wood/gas/soda fired.  This encourages slight variations in sizes, glazes, colours and the “feel”!  From past experience, we have encountered some minor firing imperfections inherent to the ceramic medium, like slight bending, shrinkage, glaze variations, etc., which we, at our discretion, may rectify prior to packing.  This in no way will detract from the final look of the work.  This is the “handmade” we like and profess at Mandala Pottery… we hope that this is what you are also looking for.  The colours and dimensions of the delivered product might slightly vary from the one seen online due to a variety of reasons. Most ceramic items, ours included, are breakable upon moderate and hard impact.

Webshop Refund and Packing Policy
At Mandala Pottery we do not have a return policy. Every product goes through very stringent personalized quality checks to our satisfaction before being packed for shipment.  We have a minimal cancellation and returns policy. 

We sincerely hope that you would not wish to return an item once received. That being said, if the situation does arise, kindly note our policy as given below
– We CANNOT cancel orders once the product is paid for in the webshop.
– In the unlikely event of you receiving an item you have not ordered, kindly return it to us with Blue Dart Express in the same        packing it arrived in. Upon receipt, we will send you the correct one.

We pack our goods the best we can. However, we are not responsible for damage in transit or whilst unpacking.
We courier ceramic work very frequently and have had extremely nominal breakage issues.
If you however wish to insure the goods, you may do so at your cost, in advance, and inform us of the same.
